Brian and the dogs ventured out to Field 6 this chilly morning to install some temporary electric fencing. Our interior paddocks aren’t quite complete yet, but our rotational grazing pattern couldn’t wait. “Monster Truck” (our 4wd drive truck, with a backseat that serves as the most awesome toolbox) is also ready for action.
I was asked to paint some of the paddock gates… and thankfully, I got more paint on the gates than I did on myself.
When I finished, I came over to check on everyone. You can see our poor girls were completely exhausted from all the hard work!!!
It was an afternoon well spent, and our sheep are loving their new grazing area!
