A Twist on Chimichurri (using Microgreens!)

Microgreen Chimichurri

Consider using MICROGREENS instead of the typical oregano, basil, or cilantro in this quick and delicious sauce
Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 1 Blender


  • 1 package S&B Bell Farms Radish Shoots
  • 1 package S&B Bell Farms Spicy Salad Mix
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1 T. crushed red pepper


  • Wash microgreens, and pat dry with clean towels
  • Carefully peel the garlic clove, being sure to remove all the "paper" skin
  • Add all ingredients into the blender, and blend until completely combined.

  • Dip, drizzle, or slather over your favorite meats and vegetables
